FNQGA Events Review

2011 saw a major change for the FNQGA, with a large number of new Executive on the Committee.

These new Executive members also brought a wide variety of representation to the management from across the region. (For the first time there has been representatives from El Arish through to Mossman up to Atherton and points in between.)

We also received objective feedback on the running of FNQGA events and these were not only put forward by Club Officials, but also players directly.

To this end, the FNQGA 2012 Handbook (draft) outlines changes and suggestions for consideration.

One major event being considered for return is the Inter Club Challenge.

In conjunction with Golf Queensland we are also looking at hosting a Rules of Golf Seminar on the 3rd March. (Event confirmation and details pending)
